Our Place offers in-office yoga classes designed to increase oxygen and blood flow while strengthening and balancing students bodies. Suitable for all levels, we offer a beginner to intermediate practice that is rooted in the Vinyasa Flow/Hatha style of yoga. Understanding that each individual may be at a different fitness level, our instructors focus deeply on the connection between breath and body as they guide students safely through each pose. Student receive necessary adjustments and specific direction to ensure proper alignment and balance.
30 – 50 minute in-office guided meditation and breathwork. Our group meditations are focused on breath and presence. Gently guided with the intention of increasing clarity while decreasing stress. In-office group meditation connects co-workers in a way that fosters deeper connections and collaborations, making for a happier and more productive team!
Our on-site corporate wellness presentations are designed to inform, educate and connect your employees. We provide “Lunch-and-Learn” topics on yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and more. With the intention of increasing workplace morale and productivity, our fun and lighthearted presentations run between 1 hour to 90 minutes. This time includes 30-40 minutes of speaking and interaction time related to a particular wellness topic, followed by group discussion and question/answer time. Contact us today for more details!
